Leadership for Change at Boston College is an eleven-month program that attracts working professionals from a broad range of organizations and experiences to explore the challenges of ethical and responsible leadership.

 

Interdisciplinary teams of faculty and business partners model and demonstrate the principles of responsible and accountable leadership in an interactive learning environment. Participants practice collaborative leadership skills, address business dilemmas, and launch a work-based project aligned with their organizations’ stakeholder goals.

 

Leadership for Change alumni earn a certificate and may receive 12 graduate credits towards the Boston College Evening MBA Program for MPII, MPIV requirements and two electives. www.bc.edu/lfc
